Fitness Motivation - Enjoying the Process, Every Step of the Way

Many people seem to have trouble getting and maintaining their fitness motivation. Why is that?

"I'm too busy."

"I'm not sure what to do to get in shape."

"I just have way too many time commitments right now."

I've had my fair share of doling out the excuses. Yes, I'm a human too. Shocking.

"I'm too tired, there's not enough time, I want to read a book, I want to talk to my friends, I want to post on forums, I want to read comic books and watch TV, I want to read more studies, blogs, newsletters, medical journals, and fitness products to make sure I have a perfect, 100% fail-proof plan for peak physical fitness, and blah, blah, BLAH."

These excuses are nothing more than energy-draining, time-wasting, and mind-numbing distractions that try to keep you from moving forward in your life and accomplishing your goals.

But guess what? Your excuses aren't serving you. They're holding you back, and keeping you from living the life that you really want. Since you're reading my website, I know that you're passionate about your health and fitness. Much more so than the vast majority of the people in Western society, and sometimes you might feel like you don't have a good support system, or a training partner who can give you a good kick in the butt when you need one.

But now you've found this website, so you can kill that excuse, too! =D

Whatever your fitness goals:
