For me, Energized Physical Fitness means more than just being able to drag myself out of bed in the morning. It means that I can do what I want, when I want, and am not held back by a lack of energy or an unfit body.

I know from personal experience that having an unfit body sucks. Big time. The limitations you deal with are real. But the question is: is your unfit body the one putting the limitations on you, or are you putting limitations on your body?

Choosing to be unhealthy is easy. Choosing to be physically fit is easy too. It all comes down to you.
